Return Policy
Return Policy for In Person Events:
1) During an event we allow exchanges and returns for store credit. Once the event is over, ALL sales are final.
2)We HIGHLY recommend you try the item on if you have any doubts. We want you to feel your best!
3) Reminder: Clearance items are always FINAL SALE.
Return Policy for Online Returns:
You may make a return to our store with 14 days for exchange or store credit. Please note: All clearance is Final Sale so no returns will be made.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, please email darlinsmodestwear@gmail.com with a valid reason as to why you still need to return the item.
To be eligible for a return:
1)Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Tag must be left on and free of any marks, stains, makeup, etc.
2)Email orders@darlinsmodestwear.com with your order number and the reason why you are returning. You will receive an approval from our staff within 2-3 business days.
3)Return the product to: Darlin’s Modest Wear Boutique, Attn: Returns, 4 Rose Ln, Bedford, IN 47421
4)Darlin's Modest Wear can reject your return if your item does not meet the criteria above.
IMPORTANT: Do not send a return without first requesting approval. This could cause your return to be rejected.
If you have emailed us and have not received a response, please check your junk/spam folder before reaching back out.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The only exception is if there is a defect in the item. Please email us with pictures and/or video of the defect which will be examined before the return is accepted. In this case, we will send you a return label.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
